A subtractive process lets adjust the volume from passive design criteria: natural lighting and ventilation, sun collect-protection inside the building. At the urban level, the fractionation process of the solid facilitates scale relationship of the tower with the immediate environment.

Facades with holes and gradations resulting respond to the different conditions of each of the orientations. Each facade gives an adequate response to sunlight, the prevailing winds or noise pollution, but also to the accessibility or building view within the urban fabric. The reduced modulation in which the geometric rigor combined with the chromatic variation facilitates both the incorporation of the building to the changing aspect of the linear park next to which it rises as the approach to the human scale of the pedestrian.
