The jaima is the spatial response to the desert climate. A effective structure optimized for its nomadic character: only a few rods and a fabric stretched over them; lightness, durability and strength.

Two towers are disposed as structural pillars at the ends of the site, the hotel and the apartment ones. Between both, it is stretched a light covering by its own weight under which the mall is developed. Two large side lattices are unhooked highlighting the unitary character of the intervention.

Profile thus obtained adds Doha Bay layout to the skyline of the city.
