In traditional boats there is no space for the free gesture. The sails that power are deployed as visual distinctive element while the hull adopts the most stable and least resistance opposes to movement.
This residential proposal in the desert, by the sea, is developed with a similar logic. The warm, dry climate and the constant presence of wind require the higher attention to solar and dust protection. The level of use is thus raised becoming a green roof under which houses acquire the maximum thermal inertia. Only a wavy volume, a wind tower, will rise above it to ventilate each house. A landscape over the horizon organized by prevailing winds direction.
